Jatoba, commonly called Brazilian Cherry in the US, is one of the hardest tropical woods in the world. It is durable and resistant to scratches, cracks, and imperfections. Jatoba's toughness makes it strong enough to withstand high-traffic areas, as well. It has a Janka hardness of 2,690.
